Return & Refund Policy – Innova Gadgetry

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items caused by the customer

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if mentioned)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at www.gujjisandeepreddy@gmail.com with your order number

  2. Attach clear photos/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect

5. Replacement Policy

If your item is defective or damaged, we may offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund (based on your preference)

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs may be covered only for defective or incorrect items

  • Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping fees

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider

  • If still unresolved, contact us
